Presidential Dollar is a series of the coins that engraved the portraits of U.S presidents. It is introduced in 2005 and began in 2007, with the frist four presidents. Reverse side is always depicting the Statue of Liberty, with letter $1. Also there is a side edge lettering, which is a first time for the dollar coin. This programm is stopped in 2016 with minting of 40th president Ronald Reagan.
According to the law, the coin can be only produced when 2 years is passed after the death of the president. Therefore, it is impossible to produce a $1 coins for presidents Jimmy Carter, George H. W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama, and President Donald Trump.
